Winch Competition

We are hosting a separate Winch slider and freestyle competition for all of you wake board and wake skate enthusiasts, as well as adventurous kite boarders. We are using the Yankmeister Winch from Yankmeister Winch Co. rather than a boat or a jet ski because the winch saves time between riders which means more runs per person. It also has less of an impact on the Laguna Madre Bay of South Padre than a ski-boat would, while saving gas. The Yankmeister Winch is a fraction of the cost of a boat, is easier to transport, and is more fun and interactive for beach-goers who aren't one of the select few who get to ride in the boat during a rail-jam. Just pull up a chair on the shoreline and watch some boarders hit the terrain park features with ease (or not).
